"Alicia Bell and her entire crew have been nothing but gracious, friendly, and helpful to me throughout their transition since taking over since Mr Don Harris's retirement. Before she was appointed to actually take over this state farm agency, Johnny Janese agency handled all our affairs until someone was appointed. Talk about poor customer service. I was so used to Mr Harris and his office talking care of me by reminding me of upcoming bills etc. Me Janese never once did this but I can take care of my own. But I also called up there a few times with questions concerning homeowners insurance and was quite given the blow off. Could never get an answer at all. Since Ms Alicia Bell had taken over, I can call anytime and her office is always friendly and open to any questions I may have. They help me work all my insurances, as I have multiple with them. Right now there is an ongoing dispute with a vehicle and Alicia had been there daily helping me through this long ordeal. Her and her assistant, Savannah have just been outstanding. Debbie, Carol, and all the rest in the office are always there ready and willing to help plus they're so friendly about it. Their customer service is above and beyond what most people expect.
